1. 서비스

내려욧(영문 My Stop, 이하 “앱”)은 지하철·버스에서 내릴 역이나 정류장이 가까워지면 알려 주는 무료 앱이에요. 앱을 설치하고 쓰면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봐요.

2. 보조 수단이에요

앱의 알림은 내릴 때를 돕는 보조 수단이에요. 역과 정류장은 안내 방송·표지·창밖으로 직접 한 번 더 확인해 주세요. 아래와 같은 때에는 알림이 늦거나, 이르거나, 오지 않거나, 다른 열차·버스를 기준으로 올 수 있어요.

공개 열차 위치 자료가 늦거나 끊기거나 하루 조회 한도에 닿았을 때
위치·동작·알림 권한이 꺼져 있거나, 저전력 모드·배터리 부족·아이폰이 앱을 멈췄을 때, 앱을 쓸어 올려 끈 경우
지하에서 위치를 정확히 알 수 없을 때, 같은 시각에 여러 열차가 떠날 때
지원하지 않는 노선·역·정류장, 급행·임시 운행·운행 변경이 있을 때

3. 책임의 범위

앱은 무료로 “있는 그대로” 제공돼요. 운영자는 알림이 늦거나 오지 않아 생긴 손해(내릴 곳을 지나침, 지각, 추가 요금 등)에 대해, 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임지지 않아요. 관련 법령이 이 제한을 허용하지 않는 범위에서는 그 법령을 따라요.

4. 공공데이터

앱은 아래 공공데이터를 써요. 자료의 정확성과 제공 여부는 각 제공기관에 따라요.

5. 사용자가 지킬 것

앱을 고치거나 뜯어보거나, 앱에 든 인증키를 빼내 다른 곳에 쓰거나, 앱을 통해 공공데이터 서버에 지나친 요청을 보내는 일은 하지 말아 주세요.

6. 바뀌거나 멈출 때

앱의 기능은 바뀌거나 멈출 수 있어요. 약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 알려요.

Service. My Stop (내려욧) is a free app that alerts you as your subway or bus stop approaches. By using it you agree to these terms.

An aid only. Please also confirm your stop by announcements, signs or the window. Alerts may be late, early, missing or based on another train or bus when public train data is delayed, interrupted or over its daily limit; when location, motion or notification permissions are off; in Low Power Mode, when iOS stops the app, or if you swipe it away; underground where location is uncertain or several trains leave at once; or on unsupported lines, express or changed services.

Liability. The app is provided free and “as is”. Except for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for losses from late or missing alerts (missed stops, lateness, extra fares), to the extent permitted by law.

Public data. Seoul real-time subway positions — Seoul Metropolitan Government, TOPIS, Seoul Open Data Plaza (KOGL Type 1: attribution). Seoul bus routes and stops — Seoul Metropolitan Government (data.go.kr).

Please don't modify or reverse-engineer the app, extract its keys, or send excessive requests to public data servers through it.
